nein, dass stimmt nicht
nach den letzten angaben von statistics canada
www.statcan.ca
ist die in den letzten monaten knapp über 8 % stand auch in der www.montrealgazette.com

es besteht immer die möglich, dass in einem bezirk einer stadt - region (siehe ruhrgebiet, ... in de) eine höhere arbeitslosigkeit herrscht, als der durchschnitt - just normal, sonst gäbe es keinen durchschnitt :-))

funny, ich hatte "montreal statistics canada" gesucht und fand es mit dieser searchm. (www.canada.com )erst weit versteckt hinter den anderen reports
