I still only have 14cents on my phone account!
I am using the 1-800-886-8454 number from my home, without any pin number.
I have asked this before, could you please transfer the $5.00 to this same account and then eliminate the other, so I have just one account and will not see the same problem again in the future?
When I try to call now I have only minutes to speak and I know I have $5.00 in my account. Don't change the way I have to make my calls though, I am used to it now. Just give me the web address where I can access my only account, or a phone number where I can call in and credit money when I need it.
