There are 29 lots available with an average size of 7.5 acres. The development will be done in two phases. The first phase, involving 13 lots, is now on the market.

The partially wooded terrain is bordered by ecological reserves on it's East and South sides, and is made up of many promontories and small valleys. The area is beautiful, and rich with animal and bird life. It is our intention to preserve both the beauty and the wildlife.

Each house site has been carefully chosen to be inconspicuous, and provide maximum privacy. Building restrictions will encourage unobtrusive construction that blend into the surroundings.

The project involves a 31 lot development on 600 acres on Mount Tuam, the highest Southern peak on Salt Spring Island. The section of the property where the lots are located is generally South facing, the elevation of the lots ranges from 900 to 1700 feet.

Views from this property are possibly the most spectacular in British Columbia. The lots overlook a view from East to West that includes the Southern Gulf Islands, the San Juan Islands, and beyond, as far as the eye can see. This incredible view is flanked by Mount Baker to the East, and by the Olympic Mountains to the West.
